Prometheus

Robin hadn't heard another peep about a potential puck in town. As far as he knew the mysterious naked jewelry thief hadn't been caught, and also hadn't made any other hits - at least not any that had eye witnesses or had caught him on camera. Though he might have preferred hearing something; the nugget of threat and then a lack of closure just had him on edge.

He knew he'd probably been a dick because of it, too. When Robin was uncomfortable, and especially if that discomfort had an edge of fear, he overcompensated. He pretended everything was fine, which meant he amped his Robin-ness up to eleven. Figuratively, he'd been swinging from chandeliers.

Which is why he was drunk and stumbling into the flat at 7:45 in the morning. He also couldn't remember where he'd left his shirt.

He tried to be quiet, but ended up crashing into the kitchen table and sending a bowl of apples crashing to the ground and rolling about. He swore.

Prometheus didn't let go until he was sure the puck was spent, only then releasing his throat in favour of catching hold of his hair as he began to thrust faster and faster.

"Robin," he panted, before grunting and spilling deep inside the other man.

Robin was breathing heavily now, and he moaned again as he felt Prometheus come. He collapsed onto the mattress, panting.

The titan lay atop him for a moment, then carefully slipped free and got to his feet. He vanished for a moment, but soon returned with a damp cloth. He'd already cleaned himself up, but he took his time cleaning Robin as well, tender and gentle as he took care of him.

When he was done, Robin pulled Prometheus down into his arms. "What do you want?" he murmured. "Anything. What can I do for you that is as perfect?"

"You can lay with me," the titan said, "I cherish every night you're in my arms. ...Every day as well," he added with a faint smile.

Robin was quiet for a moment, then said, "Are you... sad, when I'm not here at night?"

"Sometimes, mostly when I choose to sleep. I'd rather sleep with you in my arms, but I know you have a life to live, people to see. I love you, all of you, pet. I accept that loving you comes with a few lonely nights," Prometheus said honestly.

[goodfellow]

"Do you ever..." Robin hesitated. "You needn't sleep alone, you know. You wouldn't have trouble finding someone to share a night with."

[pecked_by_birds]

"I'm sure, but I'm not terribly interested," Prometheus shrugged, stroking Robin's hair as he spoke. "You needn't worry, dove. I'm alright."

Robin was quiet again. Then he said, "You are very important to me. If... it would make you happy, if it was something you needed, I would..." His voice trailed off. "It's not like I've never been monogamous before."

"I wont ask that of you, Robin. That has to be a choice you make, not me. I understand you get bored, and that you like to indulge. I've never expected that to change," Prometheus said, shaking his head.

Robin couldn't lie to himself; he was relieved by this answer. His offer had been sincere, but he knew that it would be difficult.

"You know that I love you best, don't you?"

"Yes dove, I know," the titan smiled, catching Robin's lips and kissing him softly. "You mean the world to me."

[goodfellow]

"Let's spend the weekend together," said Robin. "We could go away. Forget the rest of the world exists." Forget other pucks existed.

[pecked_by_birds]

"I suppose it has been a while since I left London. Where would you like to go?" he asked curiously. "Somewhere hot and sunny? Somewhere romantic?"

[goodfellow]

"Both," Robin said. "Let's go somewhere with beautiful white sand beaches where we can wear very little clothing."

[pecked_by_birds]

"Somewhere in Corsica, perhaps?" Prometheus suggested. "You're arranging travel though, I hate dealing with those stupid booking websites. I miss when you could just walk into an office and someone would do it all for you."

[goodfellow]

"You can, it just takes a lot longer," Robin said. "Are you sure? I'm not derailing your plans to spend the weekend sculpting?"

"No, no. It can wait. It's going to be a chair. I thought you might like it for your club- A large marble throne for them all to take selfies in," the titan shrugged.

[goodfellow]

Robin rolled them over and kissed him. "That's brilliant. Stop making me wonder why you're so fucking good to me."

[pecked_by_birds]

"Mmm, well, it was supposed to be a table but I cracked it. It seemed a shame to waste good marble," the titan chuckled, returning the kiss.

[goodfellow]

"I'm starting to think we should just stay in bed all weekend instead," Robin purred.

[pecked_by_birds]

"If you want. Or we can travel local. Some nice hotel or nearby resort," the titan offered. "I don't mind, dove. I'm content to be wherever you are for now."

[goodfellow]

"You're not me," Robin pointed out. "I don't know if you'd even want to spend a weekend having sex. Besides, I want to do something nice for you. I want to do whatever you want to do."

"Is this your way of asking where I'd like to go, dove?" the titan asked with a soft smile. "I suppose I'd like to go somewhere I've not been in a while. The French Alps, perhaps."
