Robin decided to take the night off from being at the club. He even decided to take the night off from being out in general, and was enjoying an evening at home, alone, which was not terribly common for him.

One of his employees had given him some homemade pot brownies as a gift, so he washed a couple of them down with a glass of red wine, and then stood out on his balcony looking out at the city. He really did love it here. There were a lot of places and times he missed, but he was fairly content, all considered.

"I'm pretty resilient," said Robin who, actually, had been about to go inside because it was a bit too cold to stay out here for long. "That's better though. Do your wings get icicles?"

"Perhaps if I kept them still long enough," Anael replied, amused at the notion, as he joined Robin by the railing. "They do get a little... frosty, I suppose."

"Thanks for the heat lamp," Robin said, actually moving a little closer to him because of the warmth. He wondered if Anael was here because of his outburst at New Years. He didn't particularly want to explain that.

The breeze blew even warmer around them as Anael slid a hand around Robin's waist and pressed a hello kiss to his cheek. "My pleasure."

"So did you come looking for me?" Robin asked. "Or did you just happen to fly by?"

"I thought I'd check whether you were home," Anael confirmed. "I didn't have much hope." His tone made it clear that he was quite happy with the surprise.

"I suppose you think it's fate," Robin said.

"I don't believe in fate," Anael pointed out with a smile, sliding a hand under Robin's top to find warm skin. His own hands were still much too warm, despite having come in from flying.

"Me neither," said Robin. "Oh, can't keep your hands off of me, I see. Do you want to go instead?"

"Sure," Anael easily agreed, more for Robin's sake than for any other reason. He did force himself to pull away, moving his hand back out from under his top.

Robin turned and walked inside, waiting for Anael to join him before closing the sliding door to the balcony. "Wine?" he asked, already heading that way himself. There was a bottle of Merlot open on the bar.

"Always," Anael accepted thankfully, following Robin towards the bar.

Robin pulled down two glasses and poured them, then handed one to Anael. "Anything exciting happening in your life lately, my feathered friend?"

"Probably not by your standards," Anael replied with a smile, taking the glass of wine. "Thank you."He took a sip, very clearly enjoying it.

Robin liked the way he looked when he was enjoying something.

"So you come by because you missed me?" he asked. "Or missed me?" This time a bit lascivious.

Anael chuckled with easy amusement. "Can't it be both? I always miss you both ways." That wasn't exactly right; it was more like the more general way of missing Robin encompassed the sexual way of missing Robin. The puck was too sexual a creature, and so much more open during sex than at other times, for it to be otherwise.

"Of course you do," said Robin, and drained a good portion of his wine. "But you know how much I love the idea that you have to find your way back to earth just because you miss my cock." He smirked.

"Well, you know how much I love your cock," Anael replied honestly, smiling over at Robin.

"Want to fuck?" Robin asked, smiling back at him. Wanting to get right to it, actually, because he didn't want Anael to start asking about feelings or whatever.

"Have I ever turned you down?" Anael answered, eyes twinkling happily and not looking away from Robin as he took another sip of the gorgeous wine. Then he set the glass down - carefully, since he did not want to break eye contact - and stepped closer to pull the puck into a deep, happy kiss. Sex with Robin tended to tell Anael more about his feelings than conversation with Robin did, after all.

Robin kissed him back, but then slid his fingers into Anael's hair and tugged. "How about a little rough tonight, angel."

The added sensation brought a small smile back on Anael's face when the kiss broke. "Sure," he agreed, even as he slid his hands over Robin's chest, expecting the puck to only mean for him to get rough. Anael was not very good at overall roughness, to be fair, so it was probably better that way.

Robin grabbed Anael's wrists, twisted them behind his back. He wanted the angel too distracted by what was happening to his body to be worrying about what Robin may or may not be feeling.

"I'm going to fuck you so hard you feel it for days," he purred. Even knowing that this wasn't true. "I'm going to paint bruises on your skin. Make you beg for it. Would you like that?"

Anael knew better than to point out how impossible Robin's goals were (even the underlying one he knew nothing about), apart from making Anael beg, and only smiled when Robin's hold on his wrists brought his torso right against his. They were mostly of a height, so he didn't have to crane his neck to look at him, at least. "Very much," he answered, because Robin's desire was threaded through what he felt for Anael, and that was a turn-on all on its own. There was a soft glint in his eyes as he asked, "Are you going to try to make me scream?"
