Anael

Robin decided to take the night off from being at the club. He even decided to take the night off from being out in general, and was enjoying an evening at home, alone, which was not terribly common for him.

One of his employees had given him some homemade pot brownies as a gift, so he washed a couple of them down with a glass of red wine, and then stood out on his balcony looking out at the city. He really did love it here. There were a lot of places and times he missed, but he was fairly content, all considered.

Robin bent his head and scraped his teeth against Anael's shoulder, even as he gripped his wrists a little tighter. "Do you want that? Do you want me to hurt you, pet? Or simply scream with pleasure."

It was so tempting to vanish his clothes so he could feel Robin's teeth straight against his skin, but Anael remembered the last time they had played like this, how Robin hadn't liked it when he did. So he kept his jacket and t-shirt, angling his head away from Robin in case he wanted to move to his neck, next. "Why can't it be both?" he asked, his voice low to match Robin's.

"It will be both."

Robin released Anael's hands only so that he could shove his jacket off, roughly pull his tshirt off. He bent his head and kissed his neck, then bit down on his shoulder enough to leave a mark, and simultaneously pinched one of his nipples, hard.

It was almost a shame that Robin could not truly hurt Anael; this would have meant much for the trust that would have come with that. But it was not unpleasant in itself, those sharp spikes of sensations that pushed the angel to wrap his arms around Robin, to feel him there more than to hold him, welcoming his assault on his skin, for all that it remained unmarked by Robin's teeth.

"I would hurt you if I could," Robin growled against his skin. "I'd leave my teeth marks, my hand prints on your skin... you're going to have to convince me I'm marking you anyway."

"Convince you?" Anael echoed, a note of interrogation, his breath a little shorter already for the desire Robin felt right then.

"Convince me that I'm marking you somewhere," Robin rumbled. "On the inside." He slid a hand up the back of Anael's neck and grasped his hair. Tugged hard.

Anael's head shifted back with the pull on his hair, but he resisted it enough to be able to look Robin in the eye. "You've been marking me from the day we met," he said honestly, because he would not lie, certainly not about this.

Robin knew what Anael meant, which was not what he was looking for. But he should have known how a statement like that would backfire.

Robin shoved him away. "Trousers off," he said.

Anael easily found his footing, and again he resisted the urge to simply disappear his remaining clothes. Keeping his eyes on Robin, he opened his jeans, then pulled one miraculous unlaced boot off (he had to be allowed small miracles, so he could just skip the unlacing bit), then the next, before pushing down his jeans, taking them off along with his socks. He was half hard, and as shameless as usual about being naked.

Honestly Robin didn't really know yet what he was going to do with him. He got off on Anael submitting to him, even if Anael's reminders of why he was doing it tended to spoil the mood a bit.

He moved forward and grabbed Anael by the hair again, hard, and jerked his head before catching his mouth in a violent kiss.

Anael hadn't been told not to, so he wrapped his arms around Robin, kissing him back with the same passion, if perhaps a little less roughness.

Robin allowed the kiss for a few seconds, then grabbed Anael's wrists again and lifted them above his head. "Do I need to cuff you?"

"Do you want to?" Anael asked, eyes a little wide on Robin's, before he smiled at him, because he couldn't help it. This was all about desire, after all, desire and everything else that was woven into it, and his smile reflected both. Lust, and love.

Robin looked at him for a second and then dropped his wrists. Sighed. "Honestly, Anael. You are impossible to dom properly."

Anael frowned slightly. "Because I like it too much?" He was admittedly terrible at pretending he didn't enjoy things, mostly because he didn't see why he ought to. He reached with one hand to cup Robin's jaw, and pressed a kiss to the corner of his lips, his next words a warm whisper. "Besides, you've managed before."

"It's not that you like it... it's why you like it," Robin mumbled, but didn't pull away from him.

"Why do you like it?" Anael asked, fingers stroking along Robin's jaw. He pressed another kiss at the point of his chin, and trailed his hand down the front of Robin's shirt, leisurely, but with intent.

"Because it's just supposed to be about sex," Robin said, and took a step back from him.

Anael didn't mind at all that he was still naked while Robin was still entirely dress; his frown was about Robin stepping away, rather than anything else. His frown, and the hurt look in his eyes. "I'm never going to stop loving you, Robin," he said quietly.

Robin sighed. "... why?" Then he shook his head. "Nevermind, don't answer that. I just - it's fine, angel. I know you mean well."

Anael was silent for a few seconds, just watching Robin. And then he answered the question the puck no longer wanted to ask. "Because you're beautiful, and kind, and funny. Because you feel so much, no matter how much you don't want to. Because you take such joy in sex, and because you respect the people you do that with. Because you're you, Robin. You're unique, and entirely worthy of love."

"So I hear," said Robin after a moment. But what good did it do him, being loved?

It didn't bother Robin either, that Anael was naked, regardless of what conversation they were having.

He hesitated, visibly. "I cannot have this conversation right now," he said. "Either leave, or let me fuck you without further emotional baggage, okay?"

"I can't not love you," Anael told him quietly, stepping closer. Unless Robin backed away or stopped him, he had every intention of kissing him again.

"Anael..." But then their lips were touching again, and Robin was sliding his hands down to the angel's ass, hauling him closer.
