Robin did not leave New York with any particular drama. In fact, he got the impression that the entire time Prometheus was just waiting for him to decide to leave. It was fun, nostalgic even, but in the end Prometheus was right... he got restless. He got bored. And he missed London. So he left.

He returned to the club triumphantly, and immediately began making plans to throw a huge party to celebrate his return. But first he decided to make some reconnections.

Which was how after he randomly saw a tweet about "omg is that finlay flynn right there in my starbucks" he swung by.

It was indeed Finlay Flynn right there in a Starbucks. Robin sauntered behind him with his hands in his pockets and leaned towards his ear. "Boo."

"Of course," Fin assured him. "And I hope you've missed me, at least a bit," he purred.

[goodfellow]

"Well maybe a little," said Robin, leaning back in his chair, "and it is a shame that you can't see me. I look better than ever, if that's even possible."

[prince_of_nymphs]

"I can see you," Fin assured him. "Like I said, I've learned to use my magic to enhance my sight. It's not perfect, but it's there."

He paused then, deciding to wind the puck up a little as he leaned back in his seat.

"And I don't know Rob. Perhaps it's just that shirt, but you're looking a bit soft in the middle," he lied.

"Liar," Robin said with a smirk. "Trying to rile me up, are you? Or just hoping I rip off my shirt to prove you wrong?"

Fin only smirked, shrugging one shoulder as he pushed his long hair back and out of his face.

Robin wet his lips. "Let's go fuck," he said.

[prince_of_nymphs]

"Not one for being subtle, are you Rob?" Fin laughed, picking at his bun a bit more, then sipping his coffee, as though he needed to think on it.

"Well, I suppose I'm not very busy today. ...But where should we go, hmm?" he asked playfully.

[goodfellow]

"Well," Robin said, "we have a spectrum of options, ranging from tiny unisex Starbucks bathroom to honeymoon suite at some nearby swanky hotel."

[prince_of_nymphs]

"I'm not shagging in the loo," Fin chuckled. "I don't want a swanky hotel either. Let's go back to yours," he purred.

[goodfellow]

"Ah, somewhere in between," Robin said, grabbing his coffee and getting to his feet. "But my place is closer to swanky hotel than yours."

[prince_of_nymphs]

"Fin took a moment to finish his bun, then scooped up his coffee as he got to his feet as well.

"Yes, yes, your place is terribly posh and fancy," Fin replied, leaning over and kissing Robin's cheek.

[goodfellow]

"It is," said Robin with a smirk. "And very well kept in my absence." He grabbed Fin's hand and pulled him out of the cafe.

Fin squeezed the offered hand, then hooked his arm with Rob's instead, standing as near as he could while they walked.

"So, do anything exciting abroad?"

[goodfellow]

"I was in New York," said Robin. "I've lived there before... more nostalgic than exciting. I did a few exciting people..."

[prince_of_nymphs]

"More exciting than me?" Fin asked, pretending to be insulted as he looked over at the puck.

[goodfellow]

Robin chuckled. "I don't compare, my jewel. How could I possibly? You are one of a kind."

[prince_of_nymphs]

Fin didn't need the flattery- But he certainly liked it, and he grinned as he leaned over and nuzzled Rob's neck as they walked.

Robin's lips quirked as Fin moved closer and as they walked he turned his head a little and murmured, "You haven't tried to break our record in my absence have you?"

[prince_of_nymphs]

"No, not yet," Fin admitted. Though tonight I think I'm in the mood for quality over quantity," he teased playfully.

[goodfellow]

Robin chuckled. "Me too. Do you have anything in particular in mind? I'll allow myself to imagine that I have been a subject of your fantasies."

[prince_of_nymphs]

"I just want to have a bit of fun, I think," Fin replied. "Maybe something new. ...I imagine there's something you can think of that's never yet crossed my mind."

[goodfellow]

Robin chuckled again, and slid an arm around Fin's waist, hand briefly patting his ass. "Such pressure you put on me, pet."

[prince_of_nymphs]

"I think you can take it," Fin purred, leaning into Robin again as they neared his building.

[goodfellow]

Robin wasn't feeling terribly patient at the moment, so just as they reached the front doors and the doorman began to open them for them, he grabbed Fin by the collar and hauled him in for a kiss right there on the sidewalk.

There was very little in the world that Fin enjoyed more than feeling desired, and h melted into the kiss. A happy little moan was lost against Rob's lips, and he slipped an arm around the puck as he pressed himself tight against the other man.
