for Bond
It was a brisk day, but Robin enjoyed walking on the beach. Barefoot, but still dressed in an impeccable suit. Once he'd found one, he hadn't found much else that was decent at all. And looking better made Robin feel better. And there was a lot to not feel great about right now.
He stopped walking, and his feet sank into the sand slightly. But he was distracted by the man walking out of the ocean. He was dressed in a skin tight wetsuit, and skin tight was a very good look on him.
He slipped one hand out of his pocket, and offered a wave.

"Oh? And what do you consider fun?" Bond asked. He had a guess.

"We have that in common," Bond said. "I like a good thrill."

"I'm sure we'll find something interesting to do. After the first couple days I was so terribly bored that I took up hunting. The rabbits in the kitchen refrigerator are my contribution."

"I've been using snares," he replied. "They're remarkably easy...or the rabbits are remarkably stupid. What I'd give for a proper gun."

"I've not seen anything to suggest we aren't," Bond replied. "In fact, other than the rabbits, and the footprints of deer, I haven't found anything at all. There seems to be menace in the air, but nothing concrete."
He took a drink.
"I don't like it."

"Easier said than done. I get bored, like you, far too quickly and the things I enjoy for distraction are sadly lacking," Bond said. "Have you noticed there are no women here?"

"I do, too, Bond said with a small chuckle. "She'll be exceptionally popular, I'm sure."

"I prefer women," he dodged.

"I'm far more equal opportunity myself."
no subject
"That much is obvious," Bond replied with a hint of a smile that was more in his eyes than on his lips.

"What do you have in mind?" he asked. He knew, he was no fool, but he wasn't about to be easy.

"I'd say you're up against some stiff competition," Bond smirked.

So he just said, "I hope so."

Bond was only human, after all. And Robin was attractive, and, more importantly, willing. And it had been so very long since he'd had that particular pleasure.
He swallowed the last of his cup and set it aside.
"You're certain?" he asked.

Robin feigned thoughtfulness.
"Yes."
