Thomas lowered his head to look down at Robin, trying to catch his breath. "Mmm...yes." He took a step back and dropped to his knees, grabbing Robin's head and kissing him deeply, hungrily, tasting himself in the puck's mouth.

Thomas lifted his head, his hand stilling. "For something in particular?" he asked, his tone careful. For whatever you did to the people that worshipped you?

Robin didn't answer him.

"Pain would help," he said instead. "Make me forget, Thomas."

The request broke Thomas' heart a little, but he nodded and kissed him softly one last time. "All right," he murmured, closing his eyes and running his hands over Robin's skin, letting the demon influence what he wanted to do to Robin. Then he got to his feet and grabbed Robin by the arm, gripping his bicep firmly, and started dragging him toward the bedroom without another word.

Robin let out a gasping breath as Thomas dragged him, his pulse already beat a little faster. He really did think this was what he needed. To forget. And perhaps, to be punished for what he had done.

Thomas didn't want to punish him, not really. He didn't know what had happened, what Robin had done, but it had been so long ago. It should've been long-forgotten by everyone.

But if Robin wanted it, if he needed it, Thomas could do it. And his demon...his demon would enjoy every second of it, at least.

He dragged Robin to his feet in the bedroom and pushed him back onto the bed. "Take your pants off," he commanded, moving to get a crop and a ballchain flogger that he'd never used. He tossed both of them onto the bed for Robin to see, then looked at him for a moment. "Do I need to restrain you?" he asked calmly.

Robin looked up at Thomas with wide, green eyes for a second, and then shook his head as he began to fumble with his pants. "No. I'll stay."

Thomas nodded and picked up the flogger, absently letting the cold metal chains trail up Robin's arm, to his chest, his face neutral and impassive as he waited for the puck to finish undressing.

Robin shuddered at the bite of cold against his skin. The flogger was a more serious instrument than the one he had used last time. Capable of inflicting true pain.

Good. Robin was capable of feeling good pain.

Once he was nude, he faced Thomas. "How do you want me?"

Not like this, Thomas thought, but he pushed it away, his lips curling just a little. "On your stomach, for now."

Robin climbed onto the bed, onto his stomach. He looked over his shoulder at Thomas, body rising and falling with his breath.

"I'm sorry," he said.

Because he was. For a lot of things, but also for making Thomas do this.

Thomas nodded, setting his jaw. "Yes," he agreed, clenching his jaw around the word. He swung the flogger a few times, getting a feel for the heft of it, the flow of it, teasing Robin with a few light brushes of metal beads across his back.

Then he swung, the sound of the beadchain striking skin almost like a patter of rain. He paused to look at the quickly rising welts across the small of Robin's back.

Robin let out a half-choked cry of surprise, his whole body jerking with the force of the impact. And then he sank back down into the mattress, eyes dropping closed.

Thomas took a deep breath, getting aroused despite the fact that he hadn't really wanted to do this. He closed his eyes for a moment and then opened them, swinging the flogger again and bringing it down across Robin's shoulderblades at an angle. This time there were a few small beads of blood as he pulled it back.

Robin let out a gasping curse in Greek and his body jerked again, pain slashing across his facial expression.

He deserved this.

Thomas reached out a hand, smearing the blood across the pink and white welts, then shifted the flogger to his other hand, getting Robin across the thighs, just below his ass.
